EPSI Worx is seeking a qualified and dedicated RegisteredDietitian to support one of our clients in the Houston Metropolitan Area. Theideal candidate will be responsible for conducting basic nutrition assessmentsand developing comprehensive care plans for patients and residents. The roleinvolves implementing business practices that align with the company's missionand values, contributing to account revenue, and ensuring operating profitcontribution through the effective delivery of nutrition services. This is atemporary-to-hire opportunity with a standard working schedule from 8 am to4:30 pm CST.
Key Responsibilities:
Nutritional Assessments andCare Planning:
• Conduct thorough nutrition assessments forpatients and residents.
• Develop and implement individualized care plansbased on nutritional needs and medical conditions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of careplans, adjusting as necessary.
Business Practices and MissionAlignment:
• Implement business practices that align with thecompany's mission and values.
• Ensure adherence to company policies andprocedures related to nutrition services.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards ofservice excellence.
Revenue and ProfitContribution:
• Contribute to account revenue through theprovision of nutrition services.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to optimizeoperating profit contribution.
• Identify opportunities for service improvementand efficiency.
Collaboration andCommunication:
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals,including physicians and nurses, to coordinate patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients,residents, and their families regarding nutritional plans and goals.
• Provide education and support to promote healthylifestyle choices.
Schedule and Requirements:
• Work a standard schedule from 8 am to 4:30 pmCST.
• Adhere to company policies regarding attendanceand punctuality.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, Dietetics, or arelated field.
• Current registration as a Dietitian with therelevant licensing board.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare or a related field ispreferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of amultidisciplinary team.
• Proof of the following vaccines is required forconsideration. - TDAP, Varicella, Flu Vaccination, Covid Vaccination.
• Negative TB Test results must be provided aswell during onboarding.
