As a Business Analyst, you will ensure the data sources, reports, and information the business uses to support customer experiences are well-defined, monitored, and effective at delivering what each business user needs, when they need it. You will establish the framework to identify opportunities using data and share them so business leaders can prioritize the opportunities as improvements.

Primary Responsibilities
The responsibilities and activities for this position include:
Explore, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, inconsistencies, abnormalities or opportunities for research.
Prepare reports and data visualizations
Proactively identify and mitigate data quality issues
Identify correlations, patterns, and trends in data sets to translate into business opportunities
Evaluate organizational and/or operational needs through use of data and recommend solutions.
Gather feedback to drive improvements to data used to evaluate customer experiences.
Work directly with stakeholders to understand and transform business requirements into data-driven solutions.
Establish standards and best practice for reporting and analytics
Use a critical problem-solving approach to identify opportunities, architect solutions, and clearly communicate strategic ideas in a clear, simple manner.
Identify and directs the implementation of data analysis improvements that improve the quality of customer experiences and enables organizational growth.
Maintain a positive culture of continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related
Strong problem-solving and data collection skills
Data visualization experience (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Ability to support and present to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of analytical experience
Continuous Improvement experience (LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar)
Knowledge of customer data platforms, ERP, and PLM systems
