HVAC Installer Summary :
HVAC employees lead jobs, crews, and projects. Installers at Kimbel Mechanical work primarily new residential and multi-family construction. HVAC employees must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HVAC field, including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and environmental control systems.
HVAC Installer Qualifications:
Ability to read blueprints
Follow instructions and complete quality control sheets
Leadership abilities
Decision making skills
Relevant HVAC experience is a plus
Ability to work 6am to 5pm Monday thru Friday and an occasional Saturday.
HVAC Installer Responsibilities:
Work either residential or commercial housing new construction
Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HVAC field, including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and environmental control systems.
Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment according to specification and building codes
Identify hazards and safety problems applicable to the installation, operations and take necessary corrective action
Must be able to make decisions on the job site without disruption to the business or to work and job quality
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Capable of leading and empowering individuals within your respective team
Oversee quality within your project(s)
Communicate effectively with builders, general contractors, and project managers
Build and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines

HVAC Installer Pay & Benefits:
Competitive Pay - $25.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE
