Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality and evidence-based care to patients in the Neurosciences Critical Care Unit.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with neurological disorders in the critical care setting.
Participate in ongoing education, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
Board certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
Experience in critical care, particularly in neurosciences, is highly desirable.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
