What you'll need:

Two years real estate, mortgage, or transferable sales experience

Thorough understanding of the local real estate market

Previous real estate acquisition and transactional experience preferred

What you'll do:

Build industry relationships

Source and underwrite on-market and off-market properties for purchase

Negotiate directly with sellers and real estate professionals

Write and interpret state, corporate, and industry contracts

Collaborate with internal acquisitions team to ensure contract and document compliance

Work with Renovations team to schedule appointments and determine scope of work

Analyze market trends using past performance and other key indicators

Cultivate collaborative and goal oriented team relationships and communications

Represent Wedgewood Homes with positivity, strive for excellence and integrity

Wedgewood occupies 50,000 square feet in a state of the art headquarters in Redondo Beach, California and has been named Company of the Year by the city. Wedgewood has additional office locations in Las Vegas and Dallas, and along with smaller offices throughout the country.

The salary range for this position is $65,000- $70,000 annually. In addition, this role offers significant potential for great earning opportunities with commission incentives and annual bonuses.
