Location : Seattle, WA.

Our client is an award-winning Seattle architecture and urban design firm. They focus on creating architecture that realizes a client's vision, reflects the community's values, and puts people first. The firm is seeking a Project Architect with 7-10 years of experience and the ability to lead a team in the preparation and coordination of design documents for medium to large multifamily projects and commercial projects

You have :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

7 to 10 years of architectural experience (Architect I or Architect II)

Registered Architect at a NAAB accredited program university

Proven experience in Revit

A desire to work in a team-oriented, creative, and collaborative environment

Strong desire to mentor and teach younger staff

Experience with medium to large multifamily and mixed-use projects

Proficient drawing production and technical skills

Extensive experience with all types of construction

Strong communication and collaboration skills
