Responsibilities:
Lead biostatistics efforts within the Clinical Operations and Development team, overseeing all clinical study deliverables.
Analyze and interpret data from diverse sources, employing standard statistical analysis software.
Develop statistical components of protocols and analysis plans, contribute to various clinical trial documents and reports.
Advise on study design, methodology, and operational approaches, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Conduct exploratory data analyses on patient subgroups, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
Manage internal and external collaborations to meet project timelines and objectives.
Review study results and contribute scientific expertise to document production.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in statistics or related field with 2 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience, or Master’s degree with 4 years of industry experience.
Proficiency in advanced statistical techniques and graphical data displays.
Solid understanding of drug development, clinical research, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Experience in oncology and knowledge of oncology statistical methods preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
