GCyber is hiring a Program Director to lead a large Network Infrastructure Operations and Sustainment program for a high visibility DoD customer with equipment and personnel in geographically disparate locations.

As the Program Director ,you will:

Provide leadership and supervision to all contractor personnel in support of Network Operation, Administration, and Maintenance for supported networks and infrastructure and related services to the customer’s 24x7x365 enterprise environment.

Manage Operations Security Teams in Continuous Monitoring efforts for supported networks and infrastructure to predict and preemptively prevent issues and events that adversely impact the delivery of services.

Ensure rapid identification and resolution of hardware and software issues and events to minimize customer impacts.

Lead delivery teams in implementing a wide variety of engineering efforts and technical projects to provide a smooth transition of new capabilities to Operations.

Maintain a workforce capable of providing Transport Network Services, including access control for Network Management, Mainframe, and Voice services.

Manage a Rapid Response Team to conduct urgent remediation efforts and other high-priority requirements.

Serve as the principal point of representation and liaison for operational matters and provide day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Telecommunications, or Management Information Systems, and a minimum of 8 -12 years of documented experience in a similar role to this key position.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Level III PM.

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certification.

Demonstrated history of managing high-visibility network infrastructure projects in support of the DoD.

Experienced in Identifying risks and documenting program progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks, quality, and successes measured to meet or exceed requirements.

Demonstrated knowledge of industry-accepted standards and best practices related to Information Technology and Network Operations for the DoD.
