The Home Care Manager role aimed at enhancing the quality of life for aging adults and adults with disabilities. What you will be doing:
Lead and administer daily operations of the home care team, including staffing, care planning, quality assurance, and program compliance.Manage the delivery of home health services, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and effective coordination with medical care providers.Oversee staffing needs, schedules, and competency programs, focusing on staff development, training, and engagement.Monitor program compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring best clinical practices and continuity of care.Build and integrate custodial home care and home health services into comprehensive care plans.Participate in collective bargaining activities and promote quality improvement initiatives.Monitor budgetary aspects and participate in after-hours on-call duties as required.Foster positive public relations with participants, families, and the community.What you must have:
Active California RN license and a bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.Minimum three years of management experience in a healthcare setting, with at least one year working with frail older adults.Familiarity with Title 22 regulations preferred.Demonstrated leadership skills, team motivation, and relationship-building abilities.Proficiency in applying IT to clinical care and working within interdisciplinary teams.Interest and ability to work in a multicultural environment, bilingual Cantonese a plus.Salary/Rate Range:
$107,027.00 to $130,601.00 annually depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits and non-monetary compensation may also apply.
