Marketing Manager_

Description

The Amazon Canada Marketing team is responsible for creating best-in-class shopping experiences for Canadian customers. In the role, you will be responsible for onsite merchandising support key categories, including fashion, consumer electronics, pets, and more.

The successful candidate will plan and schedule content across the site and outbound channels, analyze metrics, and report on performance. They will be data driven, results-orients, and able to effectively manage stakeholders across marketing and business teams.

Key job responsibilities

- Drive internal and external traffic

- Plan, develop, and execute compelling e-mails and merchandising campaigns

- Analyze results of merchandising and traffic efforts

- Plan, develop, and coordinate cross-site sales and events

- Review and drive improvements to customer experience

- Analyze performance of content and email, always seeking ways to improve

- Work with vendors and vendor managers to create on-brand, best-in-class content

- Analyze traffic patterns and optimize for seasonality, relevance, and selection drive site improvements

Basic Qualifications

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs

- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
