Pay Range : $22-$24/hr.

Work Schedule: Fully onsite M-F 8:30am - 4:30pm, or 9:30am - 5:30pm as assigned, and rotate into some weekend shifts (not every weekend) through peak pre-Holiday season 2024. (Not remote)

This is a Seasonal Temporary Project Starting Mid. Sept. through peak holiday season. .

Customer Service Agents needed who have experience providing technical and non-technical product support to customers by email and phone. Assist customers with questions and set up of decorative animatronic, robotic and mechanical toys and lighted display products for Halloween and Christmas.

Help guide customers through parts assembly step and problem solving. questions, orders, new or replacement parts and accessories, resolve shipping/delivery status issues. Resolve escalated calls and provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Report to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications/Experience:

1 – 2 yr. min. experience in business communications in emails and phone calls. Attention to excellent client customer experience

Proficient computer skills, MS Office, Zendesk. Adobe pdf.

Use laptop and phone and will learn CRM software to track calls and inquiries etc.

Experience handling escalated calls and handle ALL calls and emails with the highest-level of customer care and satisfaction.

Follow company policies

Understand product assembly diagrams and schematics to identify issues; resolve with customers via phone or email

Electronics assembly know- how to help determine whether a parts issue or possible user error.

Provide technical support and kind assistance to resolve..
