HAYS Recruitment is currently partnered with a renowned and successful Real Estate firm. This company is offering an exclusive opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced individuals in the Real Estate industry.
Your new role
As the Regional Property Manager, you will get the opportunity to oversee a portfolio of high rise properties located in the greater Chicagoland area. Along with all leasing, marketing, bookkeeping, customer service, resident retention and administrative responsibilities.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the Regional Property Manager role in Chicago, candidates will possess the following:
3+ years as a Regional or Portfolio Manager
8+ years as a Property Manager
Experience with multiple properties (1,000+ units)
Experience with Luxury/Class A properties
Knowledge of the Market/Industry
Great communication skills & attention to detail
