Responsibilities:

Who are you?

As a Senior Campaign Strategist for the Activate product, you will be responsible for providing clients with strategic healthcare marketing and activation campaign recommendations that align with their business goals and objectives. You will leverage your deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, consumer trends, and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations for data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results using the Activate platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, analytics, and account management, to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of campaigns for clients. You will also act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for your clients, building long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following :

Demonstrate expertise and thought leadership in healthcare marketing and engagement, with a specialized focus on patient acquisition and retention, as well as the unique challenges associated with health plan engagement

Consult with senior leadership at client organizations to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities

Develop campaign strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the client organization and provide recommendations on how the Activate solution can support the achievement of those objectives

Seek out opportunities to recommend new or expanded campaigns that are aligned to client goals

Monitor and evaluate the performance campaigns to ensure they are meeting established goals, and provide recommendations for adjustments to maximize ROI

Support Account Management and Strategic Account Executives in the delivery of reports and presentations to communicate the results and ROI of marketing initiatives

Assist clients in selecting the right marketing channels and audiences to stay within budget and maximize ROI

Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, patient needs, and competitor behavior to adjust marketing strategies and make recommendations based on emerging trends and opportunities

Create playbooks and best practice guides for standard campaign offerings that can be leveraged by Account Management and SAE teams as needed

Stay informed on industry regulations, such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, HIPAA, and other pertinent healthcare marketing guidelines, to ensure all marketing strategies and recommendations are compliant with current regulations.

Qualifications:

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

7-10+ years of strategic marketing or healthcare engagement experience

3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably with a large Health System or Health Plan

Bachelors degree (BA or BS) in Marketing or a Healthcare-related field

Previous experience with Marketing Automation tools and best practices

Possess an expert understanding of both digital and print marketing best practices, including email, direct mail, IVR, SMS, Social, etc. allowing for the development of campaign strategies that effectively engage target audiences across various channels.

Solution-oriented individual, with strong ability to be flexible and creative in solving problems

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with both day-to-day contacts and senior-level leadership

Ability to cultivate strong internal relationships to support new business and expansion opportunities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated, takes initiative, manages time well and works well under pressure to meet deadlines

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges up to $120,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
