As a Reconstruction Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties damaged by fire, water, storms, or other disasters. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of construction and reconstruction tasks, ensuring that properties are restored to their pre-loss condition. Attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Execute all aspects of property reconstruction following fire, water, storm, or other disaster-related damage.

Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring installation, and finishing work to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.

Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other team members to understand project scope, timelines, and priorities.

Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate and precise execution of reconstruction work.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout the reconstruction process.

Operate and maintain a variety of construction tools, equipment, and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors and vendors involved in the reconstruction process.

Adhere to project schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Monitor and track project progress, documenting work performed, materials used, and any changes or challenges encountered.

Identify and report any issues or concerns that may impact the quality or progress of the reconstruction work.
