Principal Product Management and Develop

Job Description:

This high-profile role is within the AT&T Business Product organization. You will be a critical member of the Business Wireless product team that is responsible for managing existing and bring new Wireless voice and data plans, business wireless devices, and value-added wireless services to market.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring AT&T’s competitive position in the market and driving significant volume and revenue growth.

The role requires strategic thought leadership, product management and development expertise, and cross-company collaboration to bring new and exciting 5G offerings to market.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for P&L and life cycle management of wireless voice and data, & value-added services.

Leads product strategy to bring evolve services to market, including concept development, market sizing, requesting capital investment, partnering with technical development teams, and managing product introductions.

Defines service requirements based on customer needs.

Maintains roadmap and key dependencies across initiatives.

Vettes capital estimates and manages budget with feature tradeoffs.

Partners with the following teams: tech development, pricing, finance, digital, sales, and finance.

Education

Bachelors required

Master’s preferred in Business, Science, Engineering; or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Typically requires 5+ years’ experience

Qualifications:

Required: Ability to capture and prioritize most important customer needs and technical requirements into baseline document for product design and technical development. Requires ability to run financial and analytical assessments

Preferred:Expertise in Product management or development, wireless experience, skilled in market research, requirements gathering, business case development, and analytics.

Location: Dallas, Texas

Our Principal Product Management & Development, earn between $158,200.00 - $237,400.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
