About our Account Director – Strategy position:
The Account Director – Strategy serves as a champion for the customer’s business success, managing the end-to-end planning and execution of creative and strategic brand opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and can contribute effective ideas on relationship building, brand management, marketing, communications planning, and social media strategy.
The Account Director – Strategy must be able to effectively identify potential opportunities and challenges facing a client’s business by researching data, consumer insights, competitive analysis, and cultural insights. The Account Director – Strategy will serve as a passionate and persuasive influencer and expert for the client, contributing relevant ideas and continually driving positive results.
Core Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is required, an advanced degree is welcome
4 or more years of relevant experience working in a client management role, agency experience is preferred
Strong knowledge of the marketing mix and strategic brand management principles
Strong problem-solving and research skills
Ability to deliver visual presentations to communicate ideas, data, and proposals
Ability to dissect data to determine strategic opportunities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
Ability to work collaboratively with partners, clients, and teams across multiple disciplines
