We are looking for top performing hunters ready to advance their career, disrupt an industry and achieve tremendous success in an entrepreneurial, fast-growing enterprise app business targeting the under-served facilities and maintenance industry. Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) are the lifeblood of our organization. RSMs are individual contributor salespeople who leverage a combination of inside and field sales techniques to win new customers. RSMs are expected to lead and manage their sales process with a focus on speed to revenue, proactively finding ways to push deals down the sales funnel and win new customer deals. Once a new customer is won, the RSM will grow our relationship with large expansion sales. RSMs are hunters/closers who can easily articulate our value proposition, while understanding the problems we solve for our customers. RSMs report to the Head of Sales.

Job Duties of the Regional Sales Manager: Win new customers and achieve or exceed quota

Qualify ideal customer profile as sales opportunities, based on the ARC Facilities buyer persona and company fit criteria

Use your hunting/closing skill set to identify net new business, while closely maintaining relationships with your current customers to increase likelihood of renewals, upsells and retention

Identify and evaluate target accounts on a consistent basis, working with Marketing and other groups to secure meetings and generate sizeable opportunities

Always be performing with high activity levels, aiming to meet or exceed your goals with successful conversion and win rates

Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Development Team, Marketing, and Customer Success as needed to advance and win deals

Effectively use CRM (HubSpot) to ensure you are properly recording activity on prospect and account records, while utilizing CRM functionality to move your deals along and achieve consistent communications with your contacts

Be entrepreneurial. Identify new ways to succeed and drive growth

Identify development potential in accounts by studying current business metrics; interviewing key customer contacts, identifying and presenting additional new business opportunities

Initiate and follow sales process by understanding clients business drivers, building relationships; qualifying potential; presenting and closing business. Able to close business by overcoming objections

This is what we are looking for: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a top-performing inside sales and sales development rep, with successful experience hunting & closing. Candidates must understand how to sell mobile apps as solutions. Company Expectations: You will work hard and work smart to achieve your goals

You will proactively seek the help/advice of your management team, and bring challenges and roadblocks to our attention promptly

You will be open, honest, and direct in your communications

You will be an excellent member of our team, collaborating with all and helping others

Comfortable in remote sales setting and the use of teleconferencing tools such as Zoom for meetings both internally and with prospects

Ability and willingness to travel as appropriate for your territory

Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of enterprise level SaaS sales experience, ideally within cloud-based technology

Ability to manage and close large accounts with longer sales cycles

Comfortable developing and making presentations at all levels of the organization

Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM software

Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

College degree in technology or business field is highly recommended
