Job Summary This position is responsible for strategic oversight and retention for enterprise national accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and viewed as a trusted advisor. Develop understanding of client business strategy and identify innovative product solutions to balance costs with long-term health strategy.
This is a hybrid/flex position working three days per week in the office and two days per week remotely. Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree AND 4+ years’ experience in Healthcare Account Management OR 8+ years’ experience in Healthcare Account Management
Current state agent insurance license or are able to obtain within 90 days
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships in complex accounts
Sales negotiation and conflict management skills
Knowledge of health insurance industry, products, market trends and competitive landscape
Analytical skills and presentation skills
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Strongly prefer at least 3 years of Medicare Advantage implementation, Acct Mgmt, sales
