Qualtrics/Survey Intern

GENERAL PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Qualtrics/Survey Intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment; reviewing and processing survey and Qualtrics-related requests in a timely manner. This position will also assist in the organization of the software and user accounts.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closed with the Director of Survey Research to assist with Qualtrics and survey-related requests, which may include, but are not limited to:
Troubleshooting Qualtrics software issues related to login, survey design, account permissions, etc.
Assisting with basic survey design and administration within the Qualtrics system
The intern will also assist the Director of Survey Research with general service area organization (assisting with projects that help streamline processes, checking user accounts for active surveys, and documenting findings).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Earned high school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited Indiana college or university and have completed at least one research or related class.
Must be well organized and able to handle a high volume of requests.
Survey skills and experience are preferred.
Experience navigating Qualtrics or a similar survey software is preferred.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are required.
Must be able to operate a PC and utilize Microsoft suite.
Must have ability to exercise interpersonal skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with college constituents.
