Role: Technology Lead – JAVA/J2EE/UI

Duration: Full Time / Permanent

Location: Torrance, CA and moving to Plano, TX in Jun 2017

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of IT experience and strong in Java – Application and Web services.

Excellent in Java/J2EE, Webservices, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, JSP.

Solid understanding of UI frameworks like Angular JS, JQuery, etc.

Familiar with Agile process and methodologies, change management process, estimation methodologies and process.

Solid understanding of database concepts and hands‑on working knowledge in Oracle.

Solid working knowledge of application servers like JBoss, Weblogic.

Working knowledge of Unix commands and Shell scripts.

Experience with testing tools like Selenium, Rational Performance Tester.

Flexibility to work in onsite/offshore model.

Problem analysis, troubleshooting, resolution and closure of critical issues in a timely manner.

Experience in providing Production support – Incident management, Defect Tracking, etc.

Proven ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience.

Ability to apply technology, new features, functionality and concepts in solving problems and implementing solutions.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience in application design and architecture using Java frameworks.

Experience in Agile software development methodology.
