Job Details:
Oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that the project is completed within the specified time frame and budget.
Review technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Manage RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor estimates effectively.
Develop and maintain a close relationship with vendors, ensuring all contracts and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
Ensure adherence to all safety codes and regulations, promoting a culture of safety on the construction site.
Supervise all onsite personnel, including subcontractors, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Implement and manage project schedules, coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure smooth progress.
Manage and coordinate materials, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available when needed.
Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Implement and oversee quality control procedures, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds the required standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction superintendent role or similar.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of construction safety codes and regulations.
Proven experience in managing RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor estimates.
Exceptional skills in managing and coordinating materials.
Excellent supervisory and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage onsite personnel effectively.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge and experience in quality control procedures within the construction industry.
