**Description**

For almost 30 years, ABODA has been a leading provider of global housing services. ABODA offers worldwide corporate housing, regional furniture rental and sales, property management, and cleaning services. We're seeking an **Operations Support Specialist** to perform administrative activities for our guests and our ABODA Furnishings, ABODA Cleaning Services, and ABODA Corporate Housing teams. Our number one goal is our guests' complete satisfaction and comfort in their home away from home.

The scheduled for this position is Thursday - Monday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm.

**Respons****ibilities:**

Prepare and build key packets for guests

Process key returns

Prepare key tags and cut copies of keys new units

Update missing key log and communicate to appropriate team(s) or department(s) to facilitate the key return

Communicate to Supplier Support Services when keys are not returned by guests and then coordinate lock changes as appropriate

Monitor access support, dispatch, and leasing email and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

Manage key inventory for leased and wholesale units

Manage parking for properties with external garages, management contracted buildings and

leased units

Print task schedules and pull keys/access items for all field staff

Maintain inventory of key tags, envelopes, keys, etc. that are required for key packets

Research missing items/discrepancies

Process in-field job completion documents

Schedule in-field tasks and keep the in-field schedules organized and efficient

Execute the new unit pick up process to include but not be limited to signing leases, walk through inspections, ensuring appropriate keys/parking items, attaining all pertinent information needed for unit/community, confirming map directions, and new unit maintenance requests

New unit setup scheduling for furniture/housewares and new services and utilities

Send bi-weekly doorman list, directory box updates to properties, and keep property contact, parking, pet info, etc. information current
