WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Carry out the vision of Frontier through managing a thriving clinic and business with the support of the Chief Medical Officer and leadership team.
Lead practice professionals in delivering exceptionally thorough medical care to Frontier members through a proven process
Provide direct oversight and training for advanced practice providers and medical support staff
Serve as a liaison between Frontier locations and Chief Medical Officer
Recruit outstanding talent who embody the core values of Frontier Direct Care
Work alongside the Chief Medical Officer and Frontier Leadership team to hone business processes and help create a thriving medical practice
Help Direct Care team resolve complex medical problems
Manage area location budgets, inventories, issues, and needs and report directly to the Chief Medical Officer
Maintain a culture of open communication and idea-creation by leading weekly "Level 10" meetings with your lead practice staff (set out via the book Traction ).
Develop and manage regional practice operations budget
Ensure that compliance and safety standards are maintained
Implement and supervise practice improvement and provide quarterly feedback to lead PCPs
