About The Position
As a Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing creative initiatives that captivate the audience and drive brand success. We're seeking an experienced professional with a discerning eye for design and a natural aptitude for conceptualizing unique solutions and experiences. You'll work closely with the Associate Director of Design and Chief Brand Officer to execute creative strategies across various platforms, including motion graphics, video editing, web design, social media, collateral design, and event support.
Creative Strategy :
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conceptualize ideas that integrate seamlessly with our mission, values, and marketing objectives.
Effectively pitch and communicate ideas, concepts, and reasoning for design solutions while using data-backed arguments to present work to Senior Leadership.
Participate in brainstorming and idea-generation sessions, bringing fresh and innovative design concepts to the table.
Cross-platform Design:
Leverage design skills and principles to create visually appealing and cohesive assets for various platforms.
Lead and execute design projects from concept to completion.
Motion & Video:
Demonstrate high proficiency in motion design, bringing static visuals to life through animations and dynamic elements.
Experiment with creative animations that engage our target audience and set our brand apart from our competition.
Conceptualize and bring storyboards to life, effectively planning and conveying visual narratives.
Collaboration & Project Management
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Content & Communications, Digital, Product Marketing, and Field Events, to understand their design needs and deliver solutions that support their goals.
Uphold brand guidelines and standards to ensure a consistent and recognizable brand identity is utilized by all team members across multiple channels and regions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are of the highest quality while keeping stakeholders informed of project progress and proactively addressing challenges.
What You Will Bring To Our Team:
6+ years of design experience preferably in the SaaS and/or Tech industry.
A robust portfolio that showcases expert Motion and Video proficiency.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, XD).
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools especially with Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated, self-starter, and confident.
Excellent ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including NA, EMEA, and APAC shifts, to accommodate global project timelines
