They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in driving financial strategy, overseeing a team of dedicated analysts, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
Participate in leading the development and implementation of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Analyze financial data and market trends to provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning.
Team Oversight:
Supervise and mentor a team consisting of 1 Senior Financial Analyst and 1 Financial Analyst.
Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and professional development.
Review and approve financial analyses, reports, and models prepared by the team members.
Data Analytics:
Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in financial data.
Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance and support strategic initiatives.
Leverage data-driven insights to optimize financial processes and enhance overall business efficiency.
Curiosity and Strategic Insight:
Exhibit a natural curiosity about financial data, always striving to understand the 'why' behind the numbers, not just the 'what.'
Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in finance, incorporating innovative approaches into the company’s financial strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of progressive finance experience, with a focus on FP&A and data analytics.
Strong leadership skills ready to take the next step into management.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and familiarity with business intelligence tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
