Our Stores produce over 3 million in revenue each year. We offer quality merchandise at a bargain price while giving an exceptional guest experience.
RETAIL STORE MANGER
Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of Retail Store Operations (POS system, customer service, merchandising, restocking the sales floor).
Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Promotes optimum team performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
Markets merchandise by studying and creating advertising, sales promotion, and display plans.
Ensure that company standards and expectations are met.
Qualifications & Skills:
Merchandising background & knowledge
Strong leadership and decisions making skills
Strong customer service skills and ability to adapt to different customers
Natural talent for motivating and developing teams
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years of retail management experience (overseeing 10-20 associates)
Flexible work hours that meet the needs of the business
Work hours/Salary/Benefits:
Salary: $38,000.00 - 45,000.00/annually (DOE); possibility of a monthly bonus based on monthly sales

Shifts vary from week to week; below is a generalization of a working shift: – Sat. Opening shift: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
– Sat. Closing shift: 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Sundays: 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
