Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health Care organizationThey are looking for a Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance. This position is based in either the Dallas or Houston, TX area with some travel required throughout Texas. This person will help branch clinical leaders with regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Registered Nurse is required with QAPI leadership experience in Medicare certified Home Health. CHAP experience a must. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply!
Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance Requirements Current Home Health Quality Assurance and Process Improvement leadership experience.
Expert in Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
Registered Nurse. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience with Community Health Accreditation Partner / CHAP rules and regulations.
Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance Responsibilities Organizational resource for all quality and compliance related issues.
Stay up to date on all federal and state-wide Home Health rules and regulations.
Conduct internal audits and help branches with survey preparedness.
Help offices meet and surpass CHAP standards.
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position. Our client does offer a competitive compensation package potentially including incentives, health and dental insurance, PTO, retirement plans (401K) and opportunities for professional development.
