Role: IT Support Analyst
6+ months with extension
This is a 100% onsite role.
Location - Austin TX
Rate : $55-60/hr.c2c
NOTE : Austin and willing/able to drive to various site locations within Austin throughout the day. There is no mileage reimbursement.
Key Activities/Responsibilities: Assist in installs, maintains and provides technical support for users.
Performs hardware, software, and applications support and preventative maintenance.
Provides end-to-end environment appropriate support utilizing best practices and documented procedures. Develops, documents, publishes and provides communications.
Works with customers: o diagnoses and resolves or escalates technical support o responds to Service Desk requests o purchasing to identify solutions and obtain quotes for those solutions.
Functions as system administrator; responsible for inventory management and record keeping.
Required Qualifications: 3 yrs. experience in support analyst role
Advanced knowledge about PC desktop hardware and software and diagnosing problems via remote access
Familiarity with enterprise software: Microsoft Intune (Imaging), Absolute (NetMotion)
Familiarity with tracking asset hardware and software
Must have own transportation (will be driving to multiple locations to provide assistance)
Customer Service experience
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic environment.
Experience with enterprise software (ex. Microsoft, AutoCAD, Bentley, ArcGIS)
Familiarity of standard application and operation systems
