Capabilities
Consult in highly specialized, leading edge information technologies and methodologies
Provide highly technical and specialized guidance concerning automated solutions to complex information processing problems
Perform complex analyses and studies Prepare reports and presentations
Manage Government directed project work
Complete medium to large complex projects and major phases or very large projects
Perform the fact-finding, analysis, and development of hypothesis/conclusions, production of final recommendation reports and deliver of presentation
Deliver project on time and to budget Provide technical input towards architecture discussions through technical and best practice consultation
Required Qualifications TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Polygraph
Ten (10) years' experience in the Information Technology Field is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five (5) years of additional IT experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
DOD 8570 Required
Required Technical Skills Firewall knowledge is required.
Experience in planning network communications systems; experience with switches and routers.
Experience with design/engineering/implementation of LAN/WAN networks.
Ability to provide technical input and follow through with implementation of enhancements and upgrades to the network.
Experience with evaluating and reporting on new communications technologies; provide technical guidance concerning automated solutions.
Experience with CISCO.
Ability to conduct analysis of reliability, maintainability, and vulnerability.
