Role Description FrostLocker is seeking a full-time, on-site AI Project Administrator to join our team in Boise, ID. As an AI Project Administrator, you will manage the development and implementation of AI-driven projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure project milestones are met, and report progress to stakeholders. Your role will involve handling project documentation, scheduling, monitoring workflows, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The successful candidate will contribute to setting project goals, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, and supporting the overall success of AI-based initiatives within the company.
Qualifications Strong project management skills, including scheduling, task prioritization, and issue resolution
Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in operational workflows
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Detail-oriented approach and ability to manage project documentation accurately
Ability to identify, flag, and address risks or inefficiencies in project workflows
Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and reporting methodologies
Previous experience in a technology-driven, fast-evolving environment is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
