JCW Group is partnering with an established Texas-based bank to hire a Vice President of Treasury Management and Public Funds. This is a full-time opportunity based out of the firm's Austin office.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue prospects through RFPs by researching portals, industry announcements, and networking.
Lead the end-to-end process of crafting competitive response proposals to showcase capabilities.
Support Bank growth through cash management solutions, cross-selling, and client acquisition.
Establish and maintain key relationships within the community and targeted industry segment.
Coordinate with Lending teams to present financial solutions to large deposit customers and public entities.
Oversee implementation of Treasury Management for new/existing clients, including school districts and municipalities.
Manage a profitable deposit portfolio, ensuring smooth onboarding and resolving operational concerns.
Collaborate with the Treasury Management team for technical support and deposit compliance.
Prepare and present regular treasury reports, budgets, and financial documents using automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of direct treasury management experience at a bank
Experience managing public fund relationships and accounts including school districts, public entities, and municipalities.
