The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have a passion for protecting the customer experience, and have a strong ability to build rapport and influence those around them. The Team Lead is a valued member of the team who leads by example and helps to build and maintain the culture and performance of our Home Delivery terminals. Their ideas and suggestions will be leveraged to drive improvements. Flexibility is also important as this role helps to coordinate multiple different processes.

**What You'll Do**

+ Assist your supervisor with managing and overseeing all functions of the warehouse throughout the shift in order to ensure Safety, Customer, Quality, People, and Efficiency outcomes are met

+ Balance working directly in a process path while also helping to coordinate, coach, train and answer questions for Associates

+ Identify opportunities to improve the safety, quality, and efficiency and work with your Supervisor to implement changes

+ Receive, putaway, pick, load, unpack, inspect, assemble, repackage or blanket wrap products before shipping to customers

+ Evaluate damages and determine if items can be repaired

+ Perform touch up and minor furniture repair

+ Audit staged outbound routes for accuracy and quality

+ Be responsive and timely with all forms of communication

+ Perform additional responsibilities including but not limited to maintaining site cleanliness, site projects, and transportation processes (e.g., driver returns)

+ Responsible for opening and/or closing site as needed

**What You’ll Need**

+ Leadership and motivational skills, and the ability to make decisions with limited guidance based on good judgment

+ This is a floor position, and will involve physically moving/processing products in addition to helping to lead a team of warehouse associates

+ Ability to work standing on the warehouse floor 10 hours a day

+ Must be comfortable repeatedly bending, stretching, reaching and lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.

+ Experienced in more than one department. Work areas include: receiving, inventory control, picking, inspections, assembly, and return of product.

+ Ability to use power and hand tools as needed

+ High attention to detail and prioritizes quality to deliver a perfect item to the customer.

+ Experience with composing and replying to emails and internal instant messages

+ Experience with Warehouse Management and Exception Ticket Management Systems

+ 2+ years working experience.

+ Must have excellent attendance & reliability

+ Able to read and comprehend English

+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
