Project Engineer - Construction
Our client is an Indianapolis construction firm who is seeking a Construction Project Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of construction experience to be a part of their team.
Construction Project Engineer Responsibilities:
Conduct regular meetings to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner
Will work in construction management office and in the field to conduct different tasks
Will conduct walkthroughs and coordinate and update schedules
Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in all aspects of the project
Assist in the collection of costs, their proper allocation and reporting
Assist with equipment suppliers and subcontractor coordination
Communicating, interacting and interacting with subcontractors, customers, installers, associates and key stakeholders in a professional manner
Assist Project Team with RFI reports, change orders, and any other documentation requested by the Project Manager.
Collect and log closeout documents and punch list
Construction Project Engineer Qualifications:
Experience utilizing ProCore Construction Management software
Associates or Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field, preferred
A strong understanding of the construction process
3+ years minimum of actual construction Project Engineer experience
