Position Overview: As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and expanding commercial landscaping services within the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role requires significant travel and a strong focus on vendor quality control, client relationship management, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion and Travel:
Support operations within the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.
Validate services and document activities to ensure quality and consistency.
Engage in frequent travel within the region with occasional overnight stays.
Vendor Quality Control:
Oversee and maintain Vendor Quality Control programs within the region.
Generate and review quality control reports to ensure vendor compliance and service excellence.
Client and Team Communication:
Facilitate effective communication between team members, client's Operations Managers, Affiliates, and client locations.
Act as a liaison to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Relationship Building and Sales:
Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, clients, and internal teams.
Sell enhancements to client book of business.
Identify and pursue opportunities for service enhancements and business growth.
Customer Problem Resolution:
Efficiently resolve customer issues using available resources.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective problem-solving.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in managed services, particularly within commercial landscaping.
Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management.
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of commercial landscaping services and industry standards.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
Education:
Relevant educational background in horticulture, business management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
