Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, competent, and enthusiastic marketing professional to join our growing team. This position works to support CROFT’s team across 5 offices. This position will have a critical role in marketing CROFT, our capabilities, and our people, while also helping to win work and create a culture that is fun and challenging.
Reports to – Senior Vice President

Travel – Occasional
Responsibilities Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive the growth and profitability of the business.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and inspiration to achieve departmental goals. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
Lead the development of proposals and assist with proofing these documents to ensure high quality submissions.
Work with the SVP and Business Unit Directors to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to meet organizational objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral. Ensure messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our brand identity and strategic objectives.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase visibility and awareness.
Lead the development and submittal of award nominations.
Lead creative teams and provide guidance on design concepts.
Manage content creation, both written and visual, to promote the company’s products and services.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Develop a strong working knowledge of CROFT’s capabilities, clients and projects.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
15+ years marketing experience, preferably in the AEC - Architecture, Building Engineering and/or Construction Industry.
Ability to write and communicate clearly, concisely and effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High Level Understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
An eye for graphic design and aesthetic elements.
Ability to lead a team and drive results.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, along with a positive team attitude.
Flexibility regarding job responsibilities and time commitments.
Ability to adeptly organize and manage multiple deadlines and projects.
