PCA seeks a Program Manager to lead Community & Family Engagement and Economic Equity initiatives, ensuring strategic impact, accountability, and alignment with community needs. Responsibilities include program operations, staff supervision, partnership development, grant compliance, and continuous improvement while advancing family empowerment, civic engagement, economic opportunity, and long-term financial stability.
Additional Areas of Responsibility: Lead program planning, implementation, and evaluation to advance organizational goals and community impact. Manage stakeholder partnerships, advocacy initiatives, grassroots engagement, budgets, compliance, and performance metrics. Establish effective operational systems, ensure fiscal accountability, and foster a collaborative, mission-driven team culture that supports continuous improvement and strategic priorities.
Other Information/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required, with at least two years of management and relevant professional experience. Experience working with families, caregivers, schools, nonprofits, and underserved communities is essential. Preferred qualifications include community advocacy and partnership experience, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, and flexibility to travel in support of program and community needs.
