About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead and ensure the satisfaction and value delivery to its customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a strategic vision and innovative approach for customer success, leading critical customer-facing teams, and driving business transformation. This role involves mentoring and expanding program teams, defining and tracking metrics for customer success, and collaborating across teams to identify and pursue customer growth opportunities. The Vice President of Customer Success will also be the central point of contact with client officials, manage the customer journey, and represent the voice of the customer within the organization.Candidates for the Vice President of Customer Success position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years of progressive experience in a customer success leadership role. Experience in managing Federal/State government contracts is preferred. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in project management, execution of enterprise-wide development projects, and the ability to understand and support various delivery models. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven decision-maker, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be proficient in all Microsoft applications. Responsibilities also include creating a culture of innovation, transparency, and empathy for customers, as well as resolving customer complaints and maintaining a customer-centric mindset across the organization.
