Minimum Qualifications :
Associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant field (mechanical, electrical, HVAC) preferred.
1-3 years of experience in hotel maintenance or general building or property maintenance.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent hands-on skills and proficiency in using various maintenance tools and equipment.
Understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and guests.
Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve problems effectively.

Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) to ensure smooth operation and avoid disruptions.
Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests, diagnosing problems, and performing repairs efficiently and effectively.
Install and maintain hotel fixtures, furniture, and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
Conduct safety inspections of hotel facilities and equipment, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.
