Much has changed since that time. Today the Sycuan Tribe governs its Reservation, owns and operates a Casino and a Golf Resort, and owns a number of other business ventures in the San Diego Region.

Job Purpose:
Supports digital marketing staff in executing and publicizing content for digital channels (social media, email, mobile app, web, etc). Responsible for supporting a positive and
engaging work environment for the Team Members, providing superior guest service while.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists with digital marketing and digital promotions.
Responsible for coordinating content for digital channels and giveaways and tracks creative projects
Responsible for researching industry competition and reporting back to digital marketing staff
Identifies and works with vendors
Creates vouchers and promotional paperwork
Collaborates with media/communications staff with upcoming promotions or events
Job Specifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
Experience coordinating promotions, digital marketing, and/or project management
Copywriting experience
Project planning & implementation
Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Ability to interact/communicate effectively with guests, external agencies, vendors, and team members
Ability to work on weekends, evenings and holidays with flexible schedule as needed
Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks and assignments
Ability to assist and coordinate marketing campaigns
Ability to support content development and production
Ability to perform data entry assignments
Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
Ability to work independently and collaborate in group settings
Ability to navigate email service programs, social media and relative digital channels
Ability to arrive for work on time
Ability to work in a smoking environment
Ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions
Ability to accept constructive feedback
Working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to sit, stand, and /or walk for up to eight hours at a time
