The Project Manager has full responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple Retail projects, leading their teams, and preparing strategic plans for project success. Requirements
•10+ Years of experience designing and managing Retail and / or Mixed-Use Projects
•Strong knowledge of and ability to apply building codes and accessibility laws
•Solid understanding of multiple construction types
•Heavy experience managing an architectural design team
•Excellent leadership attributes to mentor supporting staff
•Exceptional time management, written, and verbal communication skills
•Strong organizational skills, proactive approach, and follow-through ability
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•Have a positive attitude
•Thorough understanding and preparation of design projects through all phases of development
•Proficient in Revit or similar design applications
•Professional license preferred but not required
•Architecture degree or similar from an accredited college or university
