**Taskforce General Manager**
The Task Force General Manager position(s) will provide coverage to any of Prism Hotels properties across the United States during times of transitions and dispositions, but also not limited to, providing assistance in training opportunities, during a leave of absence or acting as an Interim General Manager, until a full-time General Manager is assigned. Our hotel properties range from limited service to full service, branded as well as independent hotels.
This position would require travel, along with hotel stay, while fulfilling the role as Task Force GM. The length of the assignment(s) will be based upon the needs of the property.
**Primary Duties And Responsibilities**
* The Task Force General Manager will coordinate, direct and manage all day-to-day hotel operations, which includes expressing hospitality to all guests and hotel associates.
* Provide strong leadership to the hotel associates, through training and implementing continuous improvement for our Most Satisfied Owners.
* Stay up to date and in-touch with local community involvement and maintaining keen relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers.
* Works directly with management team for achieving superior revenue and guest service scores and all Branded SOPs.
* Act as the corporate liaison who demonstrates support by communicating Prism Hotels core values and culture, while promoting corporate programs and motivates hotel contribution for meeting overall goals.
* Ensure the financial parameters established in the budget are forecasted and upheld.
* Participate in the hiring of additional hotel associates and overseeing each departmental performance evaluations.
* Comply with Prism Hotels standards for personal appearance and grooming, including dress code requirements.
* Reside at the hotel property and be available as needed.
* Ability to perform all duties as required of a GM, and requested of upper management. (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position.)
**Education And Requirements**
* Obtained a degree in Business Administration (or equivalent).
* 5 years minimum of managerial experience in a hotel property environment.
* Sales and F&B experience a plus.
* Strong understanding of Revenue Management.
* Proven track record of achieving revenues and GOP objectives.
* Knowledge of hotel operating systems.
* Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills are a must.
* Dependable, motivated and flexibility are required.
* Candidate must have a valid drivers license, be able to work in US and available to travel to any of our hotel properties.
