Clean Scapes is hiring a Construction Foreman (Softscape, Hardscape, or Irrigation) .
JOB SUMMARY
As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for directing and leading the work of other crew members within the construction division of Clean Scapes. You will ensure safe work practices are followed. A Construction Foreman reports to the Project Manager and is the primary point of contact for the crew in the field.

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES Provide leadership and direction to construction crew members; coach and train new employees
Coordinate all aspects of running a crew—including transport of materials, equipment, and employees between jobsites; tracking and reporting of job times to Project Managers; coordinating with other crews; arranging for equipment maintenance and vehicle inspections
Communicate crew needs, problems, and concerns and report issues with jobsites, vehicles, equipment, and employees to Project Managers
Ability to read and understand landscape construction plans including elevations and layout
Use various equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, and various hand tools to execute landscape construction work
Work with people from all backgrounds emphasizing communication for cooperation and collaboration
Ensure that all team members follow safety procedures including the use of proper PPE and the inspection of tools and equipment
Collaborate with other teams to make sure installations are executed within time and budget
Responsible for quality control of jobs
Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE Landscape construction experience is preferred; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite.
Ability to operate equipment such as a skid steer, mini excavator, backhoe, and trencher.
Ability to use transits, shoot grades, and perform layout.
Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This role involves heavy lifting, manual dexterity, and various physical tasks in Texas weather conditions. Safety and awareness are crucial, especially when handling machinery and equipment.
