**Position Overview:** Reporting to the Group President, the Vice President of Sales will spearhead the sales strategy for our client's Electrical Steel Division. This role requires a strategic thinker with profound market knowledge and a proven leadership record in driving revenue growth. The VP of Sales will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's market presence and enhancing brand recognition.
Compensation: $200K - $225K/yr. + 30 - 40% bonus

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting and monitoring performance targets aligned with business strategy.
+ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth objectives.
+ Cultivate strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
+ Identify new business opportunities and oversee the development and execution of go-to-market plans.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
+ Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and potential threats.
+ Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership.
**Position Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
+ 10+ years of sales experience in the Motor/Transformer/Electrical steel markets, with at least 8 years in leadership roles.
+ Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
+ Proficiency in CRM software and experience in managing sales KPIs.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
