+ Executing end to end payroll implementations in a functional lead role;

+ Understanding and communicating a broad range of Firm services;

+ Managing engagements, preparing concise, accurateand high quality deliverables;

+ Designing, implementing, improving, and supporting Payroll business processes in a Dayforce environment;

+ Designing, building, testing, and deploying various Dayforce solutions;

+ Leading client workshops, status meetings and other project team meetings;

+ Providing consistent and accurate communication of status to clients and leadership;

+ Building client relationships and managing expectations with scope, service, and delivery;

+ Participating in and balancing multiple client engagements while supporting team leaders in managing day-to-day activities;

+ Maintaining engagement economics and flexibility for unanticipated issues;

+ Supervising and actively participating in project teams to create an atmosphere of trust; and,

+ Seeking diverse views to foster inclusion, improvement, and innovation.

Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, including:

+ Contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with,mentoring, and supporting team members in their career development;
