We are looking for a dedicated Person to fill our growing service department.. We need applicants who have great customer service skills and are willing to learn the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
Answer phones and schedule service appointmnets
Cashier customer and close repair orders
Prepare and file repair orders. Scan repair orders and invoices
Understand cash drawers and how to balance them
Understand and implement dealership service process
Use texting to communicate with customers
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED
1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training
Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
