Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CX (Customer Experience) and Key Account Management Analyst to join our dynamic Supply Chain Management team in the semiconductor industry. You will play a crucial role in enhancing all customers’ experiences as well as driving excellent supply chain service for onsemi’s key accounts.
Responsibilities Customer Experience Enhancement:
Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer support teams to address customer feedback and concerns.
Evaluate “As Is” systems and processes, identify gaps hindering improved customer experience, design the “To Be” vision, and execute the vision.
Achieve CX KPIs targets and report progress on a regular cadence
Key Account Management
Optimize the supply chain performance for onsemi’s most strategic customers.
Predict and mitigate delivery risks for strategic customers
Participate in meetings with strategic customers to resolve escalations and mitigate risks.
Develop KPIs and metrics and report progress on a regular cadence
Qualifications 7+ years of relevant experience.
Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to present to executives.
An “ownership” mind set where you feel responsible for the overall quality of your analysis and the data used.
Supply chain planning experience
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Experience working in the semiconductor industry and demonstrated familiarity with related trends and dynamics.
Prior experience working on modern customer experience (CX) initiatives and familiarity with language and trends is highly preferred.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across functions.
Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving experience to assess analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Must have advanced MS Office skills.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, industrial engineering, or a related field with proven experience and expertise
Must have authorization to work in the United States
