Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.
What You’ll Do
The PMO Operations (PMO Ops) role provides an opportunity for a detail oriented, analytical team member to be a change agent and lead process improvement initiatives in our Professional Services and Product team operations. As the size of our customer base has increased, we need to adopt scalable processes to help our teams deliver value. This role will partner with the Manager of Project Management & PMO, Director of Client Services, Manager of Support and the SVP of Product and Client Services, to develop and optimize processes for tracking time entry, resource scheduling, subscription management, Support cases and SLAs, change requests and Statement of Work as well as taking on analytics and reporting needs. Examples include performing an analysis of all change requests to determine if there are common product needs or building dashboards for reporting on Go To Market initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Optimize our operational processes.
Develop and provide key business metrics such as (but not limited to):
Resource utilization.
Capacity planning to meet upcoming customer growth.
Average hourly and daily rates for billable resources.
Activity based cost tracking (e.g. true cost of a project, or true cost of a product initiative).
Product capacity allocation (how much was spent on CRs versus platform evolution etc.).
Drive process change.
Perform point in time data analyses to provide supporting detail for key problem areas.
Create reports for governance purposes (such as time tracking) that can be run on a recurring basis.
Distill reports down to the key findings and prepare content to present key findings.
On occasion, present findings to senior leadership.
What You’ll Need to Join Our Team
Experience
BA/BS degree required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence required
Experience with driving process change with PSA applications required
Project management or business/data analyst experience preferred
Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Tableau and Power BI preferred
