As a Marketing Campaign Manager, Partners you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and analyzing multi-channel global partner marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will work directly with Product Marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and sales, to implement effective marketing strategies. Your ability to manage multiple campaigns, analyze data, and optimize performance will be essential for success in this role. You have a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, understand how email fits within the bigger picture of campaign marketing and have a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Campaign Execution:
Setup and oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and more.
Coordinate with creative team to create compelling campaign assets.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to design the infrastructure of campaigns – ranging from timelines, audience targeting, asset design and copy, finalizing launch plans, and reporting.
Document campaign strategies, execution plans, and results for future reference.
Coordinate and communicate with sales to provide visibility, transparency and to support achieving key outcomes and metrics.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
Monitor email marketing metrics, key performance indicators and optimize future campaigns.
Use data to continuously test, implement A/B testing, and use data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize campaign strategies in real-time.
Understand Audience Segmentation, develop audience segmentation strategies to enhance personalization and engagement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the creative team, global marketing team, product team and sales team.
Foster collaboration and communication to ensure campaign alignment and visibility across the organization.
Build processes for repeatability and scalability of campaigns by developing guides and templates for best practices.
Educational and Skills Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
2-4 years’ related experience
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, adjust to changing priorities
Experience using CRM’s Zoho, Hubspot
Experience with A/B testing and marketing optimization
Familiarity with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies
Marketplace Awareness – Current business trend knowledge
Analytical Skills– Ability to collect and analyze information, problem solve, and make decisions
Collaboration – Strong skills in inspiring the win-win-win
Self-Starter - Ability to work independently
Travel Requirements: Travel is rarely required for this position (0-1 trips per year).
Travel will be entirely domestic.
Type/Nature of Contacts: External: There is almost no contact outside of Virtuoso staff. Position is primarily internal facing.
Internal: Daily contact with Virtuoso staff.
