+ Develop appropriate Client Promise Service Plans as outlined in the corresponding service package in conjunction with Account Executive and with input from the client.

+ Participate in telephonic or in-person claim reviews designed to result in file resolution, inclusive of documenting claim specific outcomes and action plans.

+ Attend and participate in periodic on-site client meetings regarding service delivery and/or stewardship.

Utilize standard deliverable products and a specific "Peer Review" process to ensure consistency of services.

The individual in this position should be a proven performer with strong technical knowledge and work experience adjusting or managing claims or possess multi-line claims experience with emphasis on property and casualty lines of coverage.

Also, must exemplify the behaviors defined in the Aon Leadership Model and Client Promise, particularly those described in delivering Business Results and Developing Unmatched Teams.

Minimum required skills and qualifications

+ Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience with P&C claims and litigated claims.
