The School of Life Sciences at Arizona State University (ASU) invites applications for a full-time, benefits-eligible, tenure-track assistant professor position in the development and regeneration of complex tissues with an anticipated start date of August 16, 2024. Research areas of interest include the molecular, cellular and genetic mechanisms of stem cell biology and tissue structure, with special consideration for applicants studying the fundamental basis of organ development and regeneration using cutting-edge approaches. With >100 full-time faculty members and strong undergraduate and graduate training programs, the School of Life Sciences (SOLS) (https://sols.asu.edu/about ) has wide-ranging expertise across the breadth of biological and life sciences that supports and encourages multiple interdisciplinary research initiatives. This position will be part of an institutional initiative and planned cluster of hires to advance the field of development and regeneration of complex tissues in collaboration with the School of Biological and Health Systems Engineering (SBHSE).
